POLICIES

Bonnie Barrow, LMBT maintains a professional environment and reserves the right to terminate a session in the event of a client's inappropriate behavior, intoxication, infectious condition (i.e. flu, cold, etc.), or sexual advances. Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual. If a client expresses interest in a sexual massage, the therapist will terminate the massage immediately and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full. Termination of a session is completely at the discretion of the therapist. 

Cancellation

Any cancellation within the 24 hour period before the client’s scheduled appointment will make the client responsible for the full payment of the originally scheduled appointment.  No Show and/or Missed appointments also make the client responsible for the full payment of the orginally scheduled appointment.   

Late Arrivals 

Please arrive at least a few minutes before the scheduled time of your appointment. Please understand that in the event the client is late to the appointment, the client will not receive the full amount of time on the table and the client will be responsible for the full payment of the originally scheduled amount of time on the table for the appointment. 

Confidentiality

Client information is kept strictly confidential. Your therapist respects client confidentiality and will not share identifying client information with outside parties.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash and local checks. Credit card payments are accepted through Google Checkout for a small processing fee on my website.

Inter-office Courtesy 

Bonnie Barrow's office is in an office building with other massage therapists. Please quietly enter the office building assuming another massage is in progress. We request that cellular phones and beepers be turned off upon entering the office building and during the course of the massage session.
